Contacted through WhatsApp and got excellent help with needing a new wheel set for my Genesis tour de fer, sent me the link I need and purchased them..next day delivery and an hour later I had them all changed over and it was a straight swap..perfect! Madspeed7 never disappoints me the wheel is light and true and gives a nice smooth ride and it looks good I am 57 so am unlikely to full send it. But I will buy my wheels from these guys as long as I keep riding.
Like most of us cyclists I procrastinated for ages about buying new wheels lol. After weeks of will I or won’t I. I finally saw madspeeds add on my instagram. I read the reviews and jumped in and bought them. They were at my front door within 2 days. Well packaged and when I opened the box I couldn’t believe the quality of these wheels for the price. The freehub sound is quality and I’ve done nearly 1000 miles on these so far and I couldn’t be happier. Do yourselves a favour guys give these guys a chance. You won’t be disappointed. 5 stars guys.

You can't go wrong with shimano. I messaged you guys before i bought the wheel and cassette as i needed a 7 speed for my existing ebike. 7 speed meant I needed the spacer which you guys fitted before sending out to me which was my question is it fitted before sending out.
