I needed a new wheel for my rather rare e-bike, and sent Madspeed7 all the info I could find about it. They checked and double-checked to make sure they could advise me properly, and then sent me a few options via email. I ordered one of them, it was dispatched promptly, very safely packaged, and it is perfect. Good product, good communication, good service. What I liked less is that the box included an axle and wheel tape, which I did not need. They could have communicated about that, too.
