Featuring high-strength 6069-T6 aluminium alloy rims with a 38mm depth and 19mm internal width, premium sealed-bearing hubs and Pillar PSR Aero 1423 spokes, this wheelset combines exceptional build quality, aerodynamic performance and long-lasting reliability.

Pillar PSR Aero 1423 Spokes: These premium-quality aerodynamic spokes feature Pillar's patented Spoke Reinforcement (PSR) technology, with additional material at the spoke head immediately before the J-bend to strengthen this critical stress area. Their aero-butted construction combines strength, reduced weight and aerodynamic efficiency. Manufactured from high-grade T302 (18/10) stainless steel wire by Sandvik Sweden, these spokes are designed for exceptional durability and reliability. Pillar states that its patented PSR spokes are four times stronger than standard spokes, with the PSR Aero 1423 having a breaking strength of 320kgf.

Please Note: These wheels are designed for 12mm thru-axle road bikes only. The 12mm thru axles (maxles) are not supplied. Tubeless rim tapes and valves are not included. If you are unsure about axle or freehub compatibility, please contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.

During the build process, each wheel is stress-relieved several times to help the spokes settle correctly. We also carefully check the dishing to ensure the rim is correctly positioned and centred over the hub.

We use quality rims, spokes and hubs, which are carefully sourced and selected for durability and reliability. Depending on the model, we use components from trusted brands such as DT Swiss, Pillar and Shimano.
