A premium, hand-built 27.5" MTB e-bike wheelset designed for demanding off-road riding and e-bike use. Featuring e-bike specific high-strength sleeved rims with a 30mm internal width, premium Taiwan sealed cartridge bearing hubs and high-strength Pillar PSR stainless steel spokes, this wheelset is built for strength, durability and reliable performance.

Pillar PSR Spokes: Pillar PSR spokes feature additional material at the spoke head, just before the J-bend, helping to reduce stress in this area. Made from high-grade T302 (18/10) stainless steel wire by Sandvik Sweden, with a black stainless treatment. The spokes have a breaking strength of 330KGF and are designed for high strength and durability.

During the build process, each wheel is stress-relieved several times to help the spokes settle correctly. We also carefully check the dishing to ensure the rim is correctly positioned and centred over the hub.

2. Quality Components

We use quality rims, spokes and hubs, which are carefully sourced and selected for durability and reliability. Depending on the model, we use components from trusted brands such as DT Swiss, Pillar and Shimano.
