Firstly great value for a wheel set including tubes and tyres. I ride over 100 miles each week and found the wheel set to perform well for my commuting and additional riding. I ride mainly main roads and country lanes, with some bridleway trails, all of which I feel confident to ride on my set up with my bew wheel set up. The freewheel spins smoothly with a nice light click, again sounds nice and performs well. Now getting into the customer service, which I can't speak highly enough, I had an Email shortly after placing my order to ensure I had the correct wheelset for my bike, that's customer service you rarely get. And the delivery was on time with a descent courier and well packaged. I have posted a photo just after being fitted and after a 20 mile test ride. All in all, these guys tick all the boxes.

I haven't had the wheels long enough to comment on them other than to say that they arrived well packed, seem well built and have performed as expected on the two rides to date.

What I can comment on is the brilliant service. I needed to confirm they were compatible with my cassette and I got an answer to my message within 45 mins, even at 9pm on a weekend. Same fast response to a follow up question and a check to ensure I had all the info I needed. The wheels delivered within 36 hours too.

The wheels are nice, look great, good quality, etc. Everything came packaged really well,exactly what I ordered, and it came very fast! I will almost certainly buy from these guys again in the future! Oh ya, and they were very helpful before purchasing, with answering my I quite to find exactly what I was looking for!

Simple purchase, with near instant communication, answering my queries and helping me to make up my mind. I needed to replace my gravel bike wheels as the old rear had splits in the rim (too many miles). The wheels arrived well packed, the NEXT DAY, and I am presently installing rim tape to fit my tubeless tyres. The wheels themselves seem great, nice quality, well built, and pretty light. I am sure you can spend a lot more on wheels but if like me you commute, ride off road and are'nt too fussed with "trendy names" these could be the wheels for you. Well done MadSpeed!!

I've had these on the bike for just over two weeks, having set them up tubeless with a new set of tyres and have been very pleased by their performance.

I did think that getting the NX cassette on them would be an issue, but that went on the free hub with no problems. Wrestling the tyres on the rims, whilst trying not to spill the sealant was a little more tricky. I did put a layer of rim tape under the supplied rim strip and used a type of valve set I've found worked well on other wheels and, once the tyres were on, have found the wheels hold the bead very well and give a great tread profile for off-road.

I should mention my pair came with the 180/160 rotor combination, both of which are labelled for use with organic pads only.

So my first impression on my first ride out was how much smoother and stiffer they felt than the previous set. I really liked the sound of the freehub, which does sound like you're being chased by a swarm of bees, and the speed with which it engages.

In fact, when I got to the first section where I could really start to pedal hard it was the speed of the wheels that really impressed me. Faster acceleration and quicker top speed, combined with more nimble cornering, what's not to like? There are still a few tweaks to iron out. I really should check the hanger alignment. Overall though, very pleased with this purchase.

Well build for the price. A bit noisy hub. Received 622*21 instead of 622*22 size wheels.

Very happy with the first MS7 Gravel wheelset I purchased last year. Bought this second set for another bike and pleased the quality is the same. Wheelset is about 1821g, but feels lighter and is nicely responsive when set up on the bike with decent tyres. Ease of ordering and speedy delivery also a bonus. Thanks

Well made, good quality, sturdy wheels. Needed some stronger wheels for x bike and no complaints so far. Nice and light and roll superbly. Spec options at purchase made getting compatible wheels for my set up easy. Hubs and bearing set up seem excellent. Great price. Efficient delivery. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend these wheels.

Purchased a set of wheels which arrived quickly. I was able to fit the rear wheel with no problem and it looks good and is very light weight. For some unknown reason the front wheel would not fit into the forks and I was rather disappointed but the rear wheel was more important at the time. Maybe when I am not doing long cycle rides, I will explore the front wheel a little more. I am really pleased with my purchase.

This wheels are really amazing. Rolling efficient is great, but if you use with tubeless setup is amazing. Wheels is really strudy, and weight is really good for this price point, if I compared with Prolite Goro GX 200g over madspeed and price 340£. For this price probably can't find better wheels set.
